I called this company at about 2:00 today, and asked for a cab to pick me up at 5:00. I was called at 5:15-ish and asked if I was still waiting. I said yes, and the woman apologized profusely and assured that she would call an alternate driver. It’s currently 6:30 as I’m drafting this, still no cab. I’m calling to cancel in just a minute.
I’m now late for class and don’t have another way to get to the campus, save for a rather lengthy walk that would put me there just in time for class to end.
