History
Established in 1995.
With over 40 years of prior insurance experience, Michael Dysart founded HealthCare Solutions in 1995, and is licensed in over 30 states nationwide. HCS placed $ 12 million of paid premium of health insurance business with Foundation Health from 1994 to 1998. At that time, HCS aligned itself with the California Farm Bureau, selling health insurance and medicare supplements through Nationwide Financial until 2007, at which time the book was moved to Health Net.
In the past ten years, HealthCare Solutions was the #1 General Agency for both Health Net and Nationwide in the individual and family plan market with over 1,200 agents in California. HCS was the largest distributor of these plans with up to $ 30 million of health and medicare premiums on the books.
In 2007, HCS diversified its product lines by expanding with life insurance, annuities, and long term care products. Due to health care reform, HCS co-branded itself as HCSLife, transforming into BGA and IMO status!

Founder and President of HealthCare Solutions Insurance Agency, Inc. and highly respected throughout the health insurance industry for his knowledge and experience with individual and family health plans since 1994. Michael brings over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry to HCS and provides unique sales strategies for all fixed product lines.
Michael’s passion is playing golf, attending Charger games, Padre games, playing poker & black jack, and most of all, spending time with his family.
