What a gem. I was leaving the convention center and stumbled upon this place. There was a sign that everything was $ 16.99 and I figured it would probably be all crap… but it wasn’t! They had a great selection of staple items and some trendy items… I bought 7 items and got 1 for free which was awesome. The clothes I bought have been washed twice now and still look good. The girl that worked there was great too. The sizes were true too! Love this place, open in New york!

Super cute and inexpensive clothes. Friendly girls to make sure have what you need. Great location in the gas lamp district. Wish I had this store here in the Dallas area. I will be back SD and will make sure to stop by this great little store. They bring in new items every week so you’re sure to find something new and cute every time.

Not going to lie they had some cute things in here for a great price. However, the customer service is what killed it for me! I saw a skirt I really liked and I went up to the employee at the register and asked where is was and she said it had sold out. I then asked her if I could have the one on the manikin. She then said «I cannot undress the manikin». In my mind I thought this was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Wouldn’t you rather make a sale? Seriously was undressing the manikin so difficult?! She was rude and for that reason this place got one star. Great customer service is key for me.

Great little shop! Not too expensive, usually everything is $ 16.99 and under! Nice, friendly and helpful staff. If your ever in the area, take a look at this place I’m sure you’ll find something you’d like :-) I know I did, will be coming back again!

I like this store. Price is right. I wish it was a little bigger, so they could stock more items. My only complaint is that I had to dodge a large box, as they were hanging/​displaying clothes while I was there. Totally convenient stop for clothes if you’d like to buy something new while staying in the Quarter.

I love cute, cheap clothing, and Heavenly Couture definitely delivered. Everything in the store is $ 16 and under? Yes, please! One of the employees was wearing the most gorgeous ivory lace maxi skirt. When I asked her if it was a store item, she said yes and pointed me in the right direction.
I left the store with that very same skirt and can’t wait to wear it! My friend also purchased a crop top that she wore the next night around Gaslamp for her bachelorette party.
I highly recommend checking this place out!

Cute clothing at inexpensive prices– $ 16 and under.
Items run small and sizes are hard to find on clothing but the store is clean and had clean dressing rooms and friendly staff.
