Dino Gougoulas, the owner of Hellenic, was a referral from a long-​time local realtor. The realtors generally know the good contractors. And Dino is excellent. I used him for two backyard projects:
Sealing a leaky retaining wall at the foot of a steep slope and creating a French drain behind it Installing some drains in my backyard grass, to keep rain runoff from flowing to the house
His pricing was very competitive, so he won the bid. He brought along a digger and then did the rest of the work by himself. Later on, when I decided the backyard drains were set a bit too high to catch all the runoff, he returned and lowered them without charge.
I recommend him highly.
