History

Established in 2010.

Mr. Hoffman received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish

from the Davidson College in spring of 2002. Mr. Hoffman earned his Juris

Doctor from California Western School of Law in spring of 2007. During law school, Mr. Hoffman was named to the Dean’s List. Mr. Hoffman is fluent in Spanish. He is an avid surfer and native San Diegan who remains active in the local community. Mr. Hoffman is licensed to practice law in the state of California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Diego County Bar Association.

Mr. Forde received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the

University of Arizona in 2002. Mr. Forde earned his Juris Doctor from

California Western School of Law in April 2006 earning an Academic

Achievement Award in Securities Regulation. Mr. Forde is an avid golfer and surfer. He is licensed to practice in the state of California and the U.S.

District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts.
