Through yoga and massage, I have been practicing in the healing arts for almost 40 years. I am a graduate of the New York College of Health Professionals in Syosset, NY. Yoga certification is in Ananda yoga through the Expanding Light Center in Nevada City, CA.
At Indigo Massage and Yoga, client needs are assessed on individual basis. Each session is a customized synthesis of structural and energetic modalities for deep healing to body, mind, and soul.
Yoga classes are multi-level, structured towards an older population and those with health concerns and mobility issues. In addition to physical development, these classes offer tools and techniques to keep the mind centered and focused and mood and consciousness raised.
