I ordered a couple of custom jerseys with a 4 ½ day turn around. I believe they ran into some problems because they were working with a new product. Long story short, Shannon was able to deliver it in 5 days. And when I say deliver, I mean that literally. She personally delivered my order to my house on her day off. She was very helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond to provide a quality product. Thank you Shannon and Instant Imprints Mira Mesa!

I’m from saved records, the company wanted me to make 1 tshirt plain with a simple design to then make 100,000 for a national marketing campaign. came here told them instructions and send them emails about how i wanted the t-​shirt done. It was simple, black with a disquette on the front. Of course they charged me really quickly $ 30+ and instructed me it would be done in 3 days. 5 days passed and I went in to the office for a refund and it was given to me quickly. The guy giving me the money back did not apologize and didn’t say anything. good thing that tshirtmart was able to make a tshirt in 2 hours and then place me on a future date for a order of 100k shirts.

My first review focused on how well Grant ran this store. Alas, Grant no longer works for Instant Imprints but FEAR NOT!! – Shannon and AJ have very capably taken over. They provide reliable information, extremely high quality work and are very patient dealing with someone (aka me) who isn’t well-​versed in the ways of printing. In short, Shannon and AJ continue Grant’s tradition of outstanding customer service. Most recently, Shannon expertly re-​designed a brochure for me. I described what I was seeking and she made it happen with her flair for the creative. There was a firm deadline. No surprise, I received a courtesy phone call to advise that the work was completed earlier than promised. The prices are fair, which makes this shop a definite win/​win business. (Shannon and AJ – thanks for the great work! You probably know me best as the guy addicted to Wich Addiction).

AJ is the man. Our company had our breakthrough expo coming up and he expedited all the materials we were going to need. The response we got from Instant Imprints’ services were more than anyone could have hoped for.
Advice: Conceptualize what you need prior to going in. The team at Instant Imprints will help you fine-​tune your design with their expertise. Pacific Caliber will certainly be utilizing Instant Imprints again.

Here’s my experience with Instant Imprints:
My designer screwed up on the trifold measurements and no printing studio, I visited, could print these out for me or help me with the trifold measurements. I had 2 days before I had to leave for a trade show and needed those prints! My designer is overseas and I couldn’t reach him to correct the file. Needless to say, I was freaking out!
Thank God for INSTANT IMPRINTS!!! These people saved me. Their designer sat down with me and corrected my design. 3 days later I had all prints at my hotel at the trade show. Grant and his team were amazing and I will definitely come back for future projects.
Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a reliable, customer friendly and high quality printing studio!

Yes, these folks are very customer friendly and generate great quality prints. Instant Imprints gave me many options for my non-​profit workorder. Do the ‘Digital’ as the prints gets integrated into the shirts and is easy to iron. They may be backed up in orders a bit so plan atleast 2 weeks upfront.

I rarely leave reviews on Unilocal,but I HAD to leave one for Instant Imprints because their service is unbeatable!
I needed a pillowcase embroidered in time for Christmas with only about 9 days left. I went to EmbroidMe and was sorely disappointed. They were charging me the normal $ 25 on top of a $ 50 rush charge! I am not about to pay $ 75 for 3 letters sewn onto the corner of a pillowcase. I was doubtful that I could get my little project done because of the crazy Christmas season, but tried calling Instant Imprints. I am SO glad I called!
They do mostly corporate work so they weren’t bogged down by the Christmas season. I went in yesterday and they offered me a reasonable price on my letters and told me it would be finished within a couple of days. They just called me right now to tell me that the pillowcase is finished! Less than 24 hours without a rush charge! The manager is great and I would recommend this business over and over again!

Made some custom onsies for my friends baby showers… they were GREAT quality, my design was also spectacular might I add, and the turn around was FAST!
Do yourself a favor and stay local. Yet again, my expectations were exceeded.

Working from the east coast, I was concerned with the distance and inability to be on-​site for a press check.
The Mira Mesa team handled the order personally and with much professionalism.
The finished product was excellent.

We were at a trade show at the convention center and they turned around two roll up banners in an «instant” – just like their name. The banners looked wonderful and their service is extraordinary!

Grant is a real PRO. When me and my wife came to their office we were totally lost. We’ve been searching for so many companies in SD to make for us T-​shirts with LOGO for our Car Mobile Detail company. But there were always something wrong: pics is too bad to get it printed, or we don’t have T-​shirts now you will like, or we will call you soon or… that was so silly: go to our website and search for service you need. Why??? I am here at your office already. Hello! Give me some attention!
Look what happened when we came to Grant’s office. He modified our picture, creating a LOGO right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE (possibly saving me $$$) and after that he helped us to pick a right T’shirt AND!!! He printed out a sample of T-​shirt same second to check the quality of print! What a wonderful service!!! and we got all T-​shirts next week. Super fast. We super happy!
And guess what? We came back in a week to order more promo stuff for our company: business cards, brochures, other Shirts and also car wrap. Grant and his team are paying a tonns of attention to details, making sure you will be 100% satisfied with their service. I am already. And I will be back there over and over again. I already told that quality of service is a top-​notch, but prices are GOOD also. Would never get anything cheaper anywhere with this high-​standart quality of product. They are professional, courteous, hard-​working, accommodating and super friendly! No kidding. You really feel you are welcomed there and they considering you not only as a customer but also as a friend.
And if you will ever need any help with any promo stuff– call them! You need these guys. And you will be as much happy as I am now!

My son-in-;aw found about Instant Imprints in Saudi Arabia.
He told me he needed to get a 800 page manual printed and put on a USB.
I went out and met with Grant, what a gentleman and great customer service. He knew what he was talking about, absolute professional with his work.
I would have given more stars if there were more, they do deserve it. Professional service with affordable prices.

Grant and Rex are awesome. The signs they’ve made are sleek, memorable, and effective. These guys are pros who believe in good service. I’ve done business with other sign shops and what separates this shop from the pack is not only the quality marketing material they provide, but the personalized service I received. Both Grant and Rex came to my office on separate days to make sure I was happy with my signs. Grant came by one morning before we were open to hand deliver a sign stake after my old stake from another shop became unusable and Rex came by today and actually installed the flag design because he noticed I was busy.
If you’re looking for guys to handle your signs I would give Grant and Rex a call. My office is in Kearny Mesa and I passed up on a lot of other stores nearby to order from Instant Imprints in Mira Mesa and it was well worth it.

Fantastic service and quality work. I would highly recommend this company. We use them for work and our kids’ school uses them as well. They might not be the absolute cheapest, but you can walk in, see the shirts, feel them, and check the quality. Grant is very honest and up front and will work with you to fit your budget. We went with a less expensive online option once and seriously regretted it. Don’t be tempted to save a few bucks — its not worth it. Trust these guys and you won’t go wrong.

Great service and priced competitively. The guys at Instant Imprints know how to get you what you want and fast. i needed some basic t-​shirt printing done and they got it complete in about 15 minutes — well worth trying them out.

The obese employee who works there is lazy and rude with minimal professionalism. The rest of the staff is cool and friendly. He complains about everything and tries his hardest to find excuses why he won’t be able to help you.
I had another guy help me in Mira Mesa who was awesome and professional but the old rotund one with glasses needs to leave he’s hurting this business tremendously. On 3 separate occasions he’s found ways to say STOP, NO and DON’T when he actually could have gotten more money for doing his job.

Happy with the quality of their products, but they need to hire more staff. They never had time to thoroughly read my emails or to discuss what we wanted done without feeling rushed. It was frustrating to have to re-​explain what I wanted from their drafts just because they didn’t pay attention to our original explanation — this happened more than once.
Otherwise we were happy with the finished product and quality.
