Walked in to inquire about a quote on Airfare and they sourced the best price I’d seen anywhere. Significantly less than going directly through the Airline or via numerous online Travel sites. Friendly, professional and at significant discount.

Speedy, helpful, affordable. I came here on recommendation from my father, who insisted that they would help me find better flights to Vietnam than ones I found line. I walked in on a weekday around 5pm and waited a little bit while other people were helped ahead of me.
Vivian found a flight that was as cheap as ones I’d found online, but also included the price of the visa! Great service.
She was very thorough; looked over the itinerary with me to make sure I knew all my lay overs and arrival times. She let me wait a day to make sure I’d have someone to pick me up if I arrived at midnight. The visa took only a week to get done. I am relieved to not have to worry because I cut the planning of my trip a little last minute (less than a month before departure).
The location can be just a little hard to find. It’s in the parking lot just north on Convoy of the corner where Jasmine Restaurant is located.

Bad Bad bad customer services. Waited for mins on the phone until the first one picked up my call. Pull me on hold even before asking for my request. Then after another 5 mins, another gal picked up the phone and asked if I had been helped. I said I am looking for somebody to help me with airline tickets price, then her respond was «oh, so you have been helped», then put me on hold again!!! After waited for another minute, finally I gave up! What a customer services. Nowadays with the competition of the Internet travel sites, not sure how long they would last. Probably not!

I called 10 minutes to closing and spoke with Kelly Du, she was very helpful in providing information and fare prices for a trip to Taiwan leaving from San Diego or LAX. She was also upfront and offered lower fare options for our trip. I’m still shopping agents, but we will keep this agency at the top of our list.
