I went in with a dislocated finger that healed badly. Dr. Jacobson took his time with me and explained things. He was also honest about what it would take for me to get full movement back. «It’s gonna hurt.» I liked him a great deal.
There was some confusion with my insurance that I wish was worked out in advance, but otherwise a great experience.
