They are dishonest about the price. The craigslist ad advertises $ 190 a week with a $ 25 key deposit. When you get here they will charge you $ 209 per week with a $ 35 key deposit. Then when you go to pay for the second week the weekly rent will go up to $ 225. For that rate head over to Island in or J street in which gives you a private studio with bathroom inside for the same price. It’s very, very annoying to budget a stay at a a certain advertised rate and then be told after you’ve arrived and moved in than the rate is something totally different. That’s bad business.

First Come First Serve. If you plan to stay in a decent hotel at an affordable price, show up around 11 am to get priority. This place does not accept credit cards so get your cash ready. First they let you see the room before paying.
