Jennifer Powell Family Childcare philosophy:

I believe that nurturing and individual attention is the foundation for all toddler cognitive and emotional development. At my home daycare we take great care to provide a warm, caring, friendly, and fun environment for your child develop. My intention is prepare the children for pre-​school by challenging them with daily art and crafts, memory activities, and free play.

Business Owner

I have studied at San Diego State University and have taken care of children for almost ten years. I have one child and have been married for six years.

While working at a California licensed large home childcare I gained valuable experience working with infants, toddlers and school aged children. I realized my passion was contributing to the enhancement of young children’s development. I love seeing the children’s new discoveries and watching their progression both physically and mentally.

The children are lead thru their progression by both guided and self-​independent activities to help them build confidence.

Quality of care is the cornerstone to my home daycare business. These qualities include safety, open communication and child development.

Parents have the option to receive daily «moments» updates via email and text message throughout the day.

I strive to bring the best to my home childcare.
