Jeong’s Black Belt Academy is located just south of the 94 and 15 freeway intersection, right down the street from the Costco.

Our primary focus is on teaching our students positive attitudes and mindsets that will help them not only overcome physical confrontation, but give them confidence academically as well as in the work place. We strive to teach our students a «Winning Mindset» and to focus on achieving goals that ultimately help them lead successful lives. We endeavor to instill discipline and leadership skills to all our students producing capable future leaders. We believe in a strong balance between a healthy body and an intelligent mind.

Whether you’re here to learn new skills or sharpen the ones you already possess, Jeong’s Black Belt Academy is a great martial arts school for men, women, and children of all ages.

History

Established in 2001.

Master James is an experienced instructor in a variety of martial arts with a special emphasis on Taekwondo. He has accumulated over 20 years of Martial Arts training with over 8 years of teaching experience to students of all ages. He believes in a strict use of discipline to motivate students to better their lives through martial art practice.

Jeong’s Black Belt Academy was built to provide people of all ages a place to train in the Martial Arts and better themselves through hard work and dedication to fulfilling goals.

Business Owner

Master James Tanagras has over 20 years of Martial Arts experience. A 4^th Degree Black Belt under Grandmaster Bo Hwa Jeong, Master James is the next successor in a long tradition of traditional Korean Taekwondo which goes back over 50 years.
