Manager

I am a PE teacher with over 6 years of teaching experience. I love interacting with children and youth of all ages and improving their skill and/​or fitness level in a fun and engaging way. Skill development and physical activity improve self esteem and confidence which leads to success in other aspects of one’s life, such as academics and social situations. I have extensive experience with field hockey and track and field at the varsity level. I have also coached swimming, cross country, basketball, and volleyball, but as a PE teacher feel comfortable with almost any sport at the elementary and middle school level. I also have a passion for fitness and nutrition, including circuit training, and can develop personal fitness or training plans.
