John was very kind, educated and very helpful. I had a terrible experience last year going to LandT works who committed fraud and wired returns to themselves. I just needed someone to help me with my taxes and be a professional as if expect a CPA to be. I found John on Unilocal and he has been very helpful and educational since we met. He continues to email me with follow ups throughout the year. He helped me to understand why my files have to be taxed a certain way and made me confident in my return. He has you go through an interview process with him first which is great so he can have a understanding of where you’re coming from and what you want accomplished. He answered all of my questions for me and did a wonderful job. I’ll be returning every year!

Mr. Chan is very professional, caring and fun to work with. He takes time to understand your financial to ensure the taxes are done the right way. Mr. Chan has great sense of humor and enjoys what he does. He is very prompt, gets the job done in a time manner and very good at following up. Great people skills! This was our first time filing taxes with him and we are definitely satisfied.
