Established in 2010.

Whole Health Concepts was opened in the Hillcrest Area of San Diego in 2010, and in 2013 moved to the Bird Rock Area.

Dr. Blaustein received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker University (previously Parker College of Chiropractic), and went on to complete a post graduate certification in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology.

Dr. Blaustein uses various chiropractic techniques in his office, including Applied Kinesiology, Webster Technique (for maternity care), Diversified, Activator Methods, Gonstead, Thompson Technique, Neuro-​Emotional Technique, and extraspinal joint manipulation.
