Leading up to a party of 30 kids was like a sitcom. Couldn’t get them to provide the liability insurance in a timely manner or return our distressed phone calls. We were looking for another company the day before. They are very nice to speak to, but bad communication. Never received a delivery time (with a window of 4 hours before) and unsure if they were even coming until 75 minutes before the party.
a snow cone maker, included in my living social, was overlooked until I noticed it. They dropped with no ice, instructions and only 2 syrups (says 30).
Furthermore, there was a giant dirty spot in bouncy. clearly not cleaned.

Bought a coupon thru living social and used this company. The generator was leaking oil so my daughter ended up with no jumper for her party! It was horrible! The owner said will give me 50% of my next book.

We had a party at a local park today for our daughter’s 3^rd birthday. We ended up using Jump It Up Party because of a Living Social deal they had, so we figured, why not? The entire process was very easy. They were very informative leading up to the party and the guys who set up and broke down the jump house were great. They arrived exactly when they were expected to and came to pick up the jump house exactly when they said they would. I would definitely use them again… even without the discount! Thanks guys!

My sons birthday was a couple weeks ago and I looked online and happend to find Jump it Up. The prices were great and they had a bunch of different bouncers to choose from. They called a couple days before the party to let me know the time they would be there to deliver it and to confirm my order. I can honestly say they made it so easy on me, considering nothing about a day full of 6 year old boys is easy. I would definately recomend them to anyone
