Junkeez Junk Removal

Junkeez Junk Removal is out of this park — Ahmaaazing. Let’s see… my boyfriend and his friends like to store a bunch of crap on the side yard. Not like a few beer cans and stuff, but we are talking like 7,000 pounds of PURE JUNK. Anyway, I called the professionals at Junkeez and not only did they complete their job in less than 2 hours… They were reliable, ON TIME, courteous, hardworking and flipping speedy. Now, one would think that since they are mainly headquartered in San Diego they wouldn’t be able to serve Northern California region (Bay Area — holler) but they were more than happy to clear out my boyfriends crap here in Livermore. Apparently business has been good and they are expanding. Hopefully the boyfriend will stop hoarding so we wont have to use them again, although I would happily call my friends at Junkeez.

i hired these guys for a job that was scheduled several days in advance. I explained the job in detail and made sure they could handle as it was time sensitive. on the day it was scheduled 1 guy showed up with a truck and a trailer that couldn’t handle a quarter of the job. the truck advertised and described to me when ordering the service was your large high walled haul away truck, not a trailer with no walls that was a fraction of the size. furthermore there was only 1 guy to handle the job. this job included large heavy bins that require 2 people. this was all explained prior. they took a deposit to schedule and now have gone dormant when i requested a refund leaving me to refute the charge through my bank. waste of time and completely unprofessional.

I live in a condo complex and one of Junkeez workers must live there as I see the van parked in the parking lot of my building. I called them to remove an old TV, BBQ, and a couple of smaller items. Called their (855) number twice and left a message, with no returned call. Called again yesterday and got the owner. He told me I needed to call back the next day to coordinate with their dispatcher and get a quote. Called twice today and couldnt get a hold of anyone, just get the voicemail service.
Im done… I’ll try my luck with someone else who is willing to return my call or answer the phone to get some easy business. Shame because it would have been easy for them with their van parked 15 feet from my front door…
Update 7÷23÷13: So they finally called me back. I explained the situation and voiced my frustration on my experience so far. The dispatcher explained she was sorry and could have someone at my place today or tomorrow and would have her driver in Newport call me to coordinate a convenient time, I agreed and thanked her. Two hours later, I received a call stating Newport Beach is out of their service area and they could not provide removal services. I reminded her that the van is parked in my parking lot, there are several reviews on Unilocal in Newport, and they called me based on my previous messages stating the pickup was in Newport. I should have known better then to even give them the opportunity. This has been quite an experience with a very unprofessional company company. What a way to run a business…
update 7÷25÷13: I used Junk Monster out of Santa Ana. Complete opposite experience. They answered the phone, quoted me, showed up the next day, and got the work done within 20 mins. Big thank you to Jason at Junk Monster…

I hired these guys to remove junk a second time and they were great. Pricing was good and the workers were hilarious! lol
Hire these guys if you need junk removal!

I called Junkeez last week to set up an appointment for this morning. The person who set up the appointment was rude and that should have been my first clue to go with someone else. They did not show up today and did not return my phone call. Totally unprofessional and I wasted my limited free time waiting for them.

I had a last minute crisis with having a truck load of junk removed from a property I just sold to clients that wasn’t left as clean as promised. I called 3 different companies and George and Giovanni were the only people to make it happen that same evening, and a Friday at that. They had everything removed and the quote was as promised. These guys are great… call them!

They came out same day and gave us a free estimate with no obligation to go with them. The price was great, super friendly, fast service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall I had a good experience with Junkeez. I hired them to remove some debri from my backyard. There were two guys and a truck that showed up and they were in and out fairly quickly once we decided on a price. A little on pricier side, but I would call them again to have them give me a quote if I have hauling needs in the future.

Junkeez came to my house and picked up my junk the same day I called them. Price was fair after a little bit of haggling and Giovanni and his assistant were very professional and quick. I couldn’t think of a better junk removal service. I would definitely use them again if I needed to haul away some junk.

A lot of respect goes out to Junkeez and George for his efficiency! I had a lot to move and not only were they able to do it same day, but they did it fast and at an amazing price! I WILL USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY I KNOW!

Set up a Saturday job for 9am, they arrived 10min early and I was impressed with how fast they worked. Id recommend.
