Established in 2015.

We’re an Artisan dessert company.

It all started with a cupcake. A few years ago I was asked to make cupcakes for the Daughter of a friend for her birthday. A few months later I started offering pies and cakes for the holidays and special occasions to friends, family and co-​workers.

At the urging of my wonderful husband, I started Just Desserts by Mindy. I make high quality, fresh desserts from scratch. All of the cakes, fillings, icings (with the exception of fondant) are made in small batches. I have always loved to cook and bake. I started baking when I was 9. Spending time in the kitchen with my grandma are some of my favorite memories. Baking is one of my passions and I truly enjoy creating something you’ll love!
