I called this plumbing company based on Unilocal reviews just out of curiosity. My wife and I got home from work last week to find our bathroom floor very wet.
Not being able to fix the problem myself, I spoke to Jason by phone to see how fast he could respond. He said they had someone very close by and would be there in approximately ½ hour! This was must quicker than I expected and they were there within 20 minutes!
The water leak, which turned out to be fairly minimal, was repaired in about 15 minutes by Jason’s co-​worker Eva! A female plumber? Now that’s awesome!
Both Jason and Eva were kind, courteous and efficient!
Best prices and service in the San Diego area by far.

Jason came to install toilets and a sink, and he did a fantastic job. He knew what to do and had the tools and parts he needed (unlike other people I have hired who charged me over an hour to go to Home Depot to get parts that should have been anticipated). There were some problems, because of how the old sink was installed, but he was up to the job. He took away all the old toilets, sink, boxes and packing. He was so good that I had him look at some other plumbing problems, and he fixed those things as well. He was very reasonably priced (I got estimates from several Unilocal companies and he was cheapest). I am very pleased and would use him again.

Thanksgiving night, we suddenly lost water pressure and had no idea why. Next thing we know, a neighbor knocks on our door and tells us the house is shooting water! Our water heater had a pipe burst and my mom was panicking about it possibly exploding! We got the gas and water shut off properly and made some calls to three plumbers on Black Friday. Two called us back, but only Just Your PlumMer intended to fix the problem immediately.
It only took them an hour and a half to replace our water heater, even though everything went wrong! They were nice and very friendly, explaining everything they were doing in plain, simple terms when we asked. Calling these guys is like calling your friend – except THESE GUYS know what they’re doing!

Let’s get one thing clear first, I didn’t hire this company and they did not work in my condo. They might be good plumbers and installers but I wouldn’t know. This review is for how they left our complex a mess after they finished their job. My neighbor had this company install a new shower enclosure in their condo. I believe that’s what they did. In the process, they hit the ceiling overhang leading up the stairs from the 1^st fl when they were bringing in the new enclosure & damaged it. They left drywall from the damage over hang along w/​styrofoam all over the floor under and by the stairwell. Im assuming the styrofoam came from the box that had the new enclosure in it when they took the box to our trash bin. Didn’t bother to vacuum or sweep up the debris. They threw away all the trash and old enclosure frame and material in our complex’s only dumpster, which pretty much filled it leaving no room for resident’s to put their trash. They left the old shower glass doors and new shower enclosure’s big boxes outside of our dumpster. Didn’t even bother cutting up the box and putting it in the recycling part of the dumpster. On Mon 11/​23/​2015 I told the installer when I saw him that Waste Management only takes what’s in the dumpster & nothing that’s left outside the dumpster unless we (the homeowners/​HOA) pay an extra pick up fee. To which he replied, in a polite manner I might add, that he’d tell the tenant to tell the owner they had to dispose of it. Guess what? It’s 5 days later and those shower glass doors and boxes are still there. I found his answer, as polite as it was, still very unprofessional as I myself also do home repairs/​remodels and when we finish, we always clean up and dispose of all material & trash leaving the job as if we were never there. I mean, come on people have a little more respect. Lastly, this guy worked till about 7 – 7:30pm on Wed 11/​25/​2015 making all kinds of noise. My neighbor’s bathroom is literally on the other side of my bedroom wall. My girlfriend and I were watching a movie in our living room with the volume pretty loud and could still hear the banging and drilling sounds. No respect for other neighbors. Like I said, this company might be good at what they do based on all these great Unilocal reviews they have. As far as clean up or being respectful of the complex they’re doing work in, they failed on this one. Oh, I forgot to mention, Im the Vice President on the HOA board and could possibly get the homeowner fined or at least have to pay the Waste Management pick up fee for the mess you left. Don’t think your customer is going to be to happy about that.
As for Heather’s reply comment to my review… I do have my facts straight and I am not misguided. Your worker was here at least two times that week for more then «3 hours» each time. Also, on one of those days, he did finish around 7pm ish. I didn’t knock on my neighbor’s door because I was aware of the work they were having done and attributed the noise to that. Thank You for your reply but I think you’re the one who is misguided. Have a great day!

I would give them six stars if I could. Had water leak day before Thanksgiving and new dishwasher and garbage disposal needing to be installed. Found them on Unilocal.Answered my call immediately. At our house within an hour. Had both Jason and Eva here. Both very knowledge and helped trouble shot leak issue. They worked professionally protecting our floors and efficiently. They were done in no time and pricing was extremely reasonable. We own some other properties and will certainly use them again. I highly recommend them!

I called Just Your Plummer asking for a quote for a new sink installation and they gave me an very attractive quote. A full $ 100 less than the other plumbers! Arriving, they knew the task at hand and was confident in handling it. They worked with me to figure out what set up I wanted and offered excellent suggestions for getting the most out of my new sink. I highly recommend these guys for your plumbing projects!

Thanks to my Unilocalers for referring me to another great service! I needed a new sink and garbage disposal installed, made several calls and got quotes in the range of $ 300 – 600 «depending on what needed to be done». One call to Just Your Plummer and was given a flat rate under $ 200. Jason came on time, was very polite and professional. I appreciated getting a flat rate that I could fit into my budget, rather than a blank check. I would not hesitate to call again. In spite of my feelings towards tacky fridge magnets, I did put theirs up in the non-​conspicuous side for convenience and recommended them to family/​friends.

You guys were great! I called yesterday to make an appointment for today and got it. They arrived early and got everything fixed quickly for a reasonable price! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

With only a short amount of time to renovate my condo before it went on the market, I decided to contract out the installation of a new kitchen sink. After speaking with several plumbers, Just Your Plummer came in with the lowest estimate.
Jason came out to do the work, and he was courteous, professional, and very obviously knew what he was doing. In a little less than three hours, he had my old sink out, and my new sink in.
Best of all, when I needed some additional parts to complete the installation, they didn’t price gouge. The prices I was charged were on par with what I would have paid if I’d purchased them myself from Home Depot.
I’d definitely hire Just Your Plumber again.

Best Plumbing service! After being stuck in a rut with two other plumbing services, I finally have my refrigerator water line fixed. The cost was very reasonable and the guy was very helpful and friendly. Most of all, they were able to allot us an appointment on the same day we called! This was very essential to us because we were stuck with the water issue for a couple of days.
Will definitely be calling for any future needs!

I have called Just Your Plummer two times now, and have great experiences both times. The first was to fix my sink that wouldn’t drain and the second was to install a garbage disposal.

I have used James three times now. Once to install a garbage disposal, once to install a tankless hot water heater, and once to fix leaking toilets. Each time he has done a great job at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, when I had an issue with the toilet still leaking, he immediately came back (with new parts) and fixed for free.
I have now recommended Just Your Plummer to two friends. If you need a plumber, this is the company to call.

Well, we had this guy out today, and he couldn’t even figure out how to remove our toilet to check for a leak. He did nothing but charge us 45 $ for a service call.

First if all he showed up EaRLY which alone is 5 stars, most contractors either don’t show up or are late! He fixed my bathroom leaks quick and an excellent price very quickly. I highly recommend him and will use him again for all future plumbing needs!

Talk about excellent. My gosh. Jason came and replaced our kitchen faucet. He fixed other problems he encountered as well without batting an eyelash. He explained things to us and helped us understand what he was doing. He worked quickly and did a fantastic job. He is a super nice guy.
I’ll definitely call these guys again if a need arises. It’s so much easier to have them do it professionally and for way cheap than to struggle for hours. I have watched YouTube videos in the past and have tried to make home projects DIY… I think I’m done doing that after this experience. I won’t forever be wondering if I messed things up. Saved me such a hassle.

GO WITH THIS GUY! Probably the best plumber I have ever met … I am studying to be an interior designer and I chose a complicated design for my half bath. Had a vessel sink that I needed installed and he finished the job effortlessly and very quickly after other plumbers simply walked away from the job. You can tell he is a perfectionist and very very kind. Will be using him again. This guy knows his craft and is very knowledgeable of other services also. Great service and affordable!

Free phone estimate? ²⁴⁄₇ service? Huh? Why is this advertised if the company doesn’t follow through? I had to leave a message and NEVER got a call back. Not enough courtesy to return a call, even if it’s to tell me your company will not be able to complete the service that you advertise? That’s not cool. Now I know for sure that I can’t rely on «Just Your Plummer» if I have a plumbing emergency. Heck, I’ll never find out if I can rely on them because I’ll never call them again.

Bathroom sink dilemma!
Last night as I was getting ready for bed, I removed my diamond earrings and one fell down my Bathroom sink! It was after hours, so I Unilocaled a plumbing service and found, Just your Plummer. I emailed them that night and had a respond from Heather in minutes. It wasn’t a after hours emergency, so she assured me that they would call me first thing in the morning.
And they did! Jason showed up 20 minutes later. Opened my sink and cleaned it out and even sealed the overflow drain all less then 30 minutes. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. And the price was a deal! I am so happy I found this company and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.
