I purchased the groupon and tried to reach him for 4 days. I left a total of 3 voicemails and no one ever answered or called me back. I ended up returning my groupon because it was literally impossible to book an appointment.

Ken does an absolutely amazing job! I have never met anyone who is so happy when he/​she sees hair. He really knows how to make a client happy! A lot of great knowledge & explains everything that he is doing so that you can understand what is being done with your hair! I would recommend him to anyone I know :) Thanks ken!
