KMBS provided excellent service and worked with us on some issues at the end of our contract. They really went out of their way to meet our needs. They have great customer service and I highly recommend them. Just when you think big business organizations are not flexible or are just plain bureaucratic, you find people at KMBS, who care and make a real difference. Just an update. The sales rep that called a minimum of once a day in the months leading up to our renewal has not called us back once since our original discussion over the summer asking him to resolve our problem. The issue has been resolved, but not due to effort on his part. It took multiple calls to customer support to get it resolved, and again they confirmed our rep had not attempted to contact them directly to resolve. Since taking delivery over 6 months ago, we have not had a single call from our rep to see how we are doing or if there is anything else we need. So much for that «BEING THERE» attitude. It is now 100% clear that the «BEING THERE» only applies to when he wants to renew our business, not during the life of the agreement. I will not use him again when our lease is up.

I’ve worked with their top salesperson for years. I can not recommend her highly enough. This is where I would be calling for my next machine.

Had a leased machine for 4 years now, they never come service the machine when you need them, they don’t follow up on anything and charge you out nose for lease! Stick with buying one from a local copy company. Never use Konica Business Solutions for anything! They have NO service and nickel and dime you for everything!
