Came here to embroider a few sweaters. The owner went above and beyond trying to make sure everything went right for me. Upon receiving the finished products and noticing a typo, he immediately fixed the error. His communication with the customer throughout the completion of the project is also superb.

Wow perfect work done so quickly. I was looking to embroider a jersey for a football game and the quality of the work and speed of service was fantastic. Price was about average but I got more than I expected.

Five Stars! I’ve gone here two times now to get my Baseball umpire hats and shirts embroidered. The first time, he did my two hate in about 30 mins just before he closed, which went by fast walking around the market. They turned out amazing. Definitely earned the tip.
Of course, it was an easy decision to go back to get my two new hats and shirts. Again speedy but quality work. I could not be more happy.

Mr. K is such a nice man! Got two jackets embroidered here, unfortunately a word was spelled wrong but once I pointed it out to him he quickly fixed it even though he was swamped with other orders! He even kindly brought out some water for me while I waited. Highly recommend coming here if you ever need anything embroidered because he’s efficient. Just double check to make sure everything is correct before you place your order! This place is well priced and gets the job done as quickly as you need it to be.

I have been going to this place since it was a small little booth and its great to see it growing ! The owner is very nice. The quality is great, the prices are reasonable and usually the turn around for the product is super fast! I would definitely recommend people coming here.

Great work! everything gets done the way you want it! He gets the job done right away, i have gone to other places where they do embroider and they messed up, but with this place he knows what he is doing and the work is done perfect!

The owner is such a great person! I’ve gone to him for every embroidery needs for the last 2years. Most of the time, he gets things done right away for me! The prices are also really cheap! Definitely try it out! He’s located in the San Diego Marketplace or Fam Mart in the back left. Don’t go anywhere else!

Merry Christmas to KOS design. I went two days before Christmas in need of some basic embroidery on a bbq apron for my pop. K made it happen in 24 hour turnaround time and it looked great. I will be back and for the price i highly recommend it!

I just stopped by here to see how much it would be to get a hat embroidered with four letters GUAM. Before I stopped at Kos Design I stopped at another place in FAM mart that was trying to charge me $ 38 for the same design but when I asked to see a sample of the lettering the girl said she couldn’t show me a sample because the computer was behind the counter. She also told me it would take 2 business days to complete. As I was leaving I seen Kos Design and decided to check how much it would cost there. Not only was K way nicer than the last person he only charged me $ 14 dollars and the hat was finished in 10 mins while I shopped around. I will definitely tell others about this place and I will return. Thank you K!

I needed embroidery done on some cotton pajamas and needed them done quickly. I called KOS and got a great quote over the phone and was told he could do them the same day. PERFECT!
KOS is inside a store called Fam Mart Discount Store, right now its under construction and when I pulled up to the building I assumed the nav had it wrong. I did a few laps and then decided to call KOS. He was so helpful and pointed me in the right direction, no problem. (Its the door on the left of the building under construction and his shop is in the far back left corner). In fact, he was waiting for me at the front door of the shopping center when I arrived, which was just great!
When I got to his shop I asked him if I could change the words I was having embroidered (I’m indecisive!) and when I looked on his screen I saw he already had my original request ready to go from when I called (again GREAT service) but he assured me it was no problem to change it and did so quickly. AWESOME. Then, he told me he could do it while I wait. I was so grateful since I don’t live close to here at all. He got the whole thing done in under 10 for $ 10 and it looked awesome!
Did I mention the great customer service? ;) Also, he was polite and kind so you cant beat that! Go see him!
