Hans Gienapp was incredibly helpful to me, responded to my inquiry rapidly, and didn’t charge me a penny in the process.
Here’s some background. I went to the firm’s website and provided a description of the problem I was facing. Within a day, I received a phone call from attorney Hans Gienapp, personally. He reviewed the facts I provided and advised me what to expect. He told me that in most cases like mine, legal representation is not needed. He advised me as to when it might be wise to call in legal counsel. He was clear, personable, and acted with highest ethical standards. A less scrupulous attorney may have solicited a retainer and provided me with services I didn’t need. In a perfect world, there would be no such persons, but we all live in the real world.
It was an unexpected pleasure consulting with Hans Gienapp. If I need legal representation in the future, he would be the first person I would call.
