I wish I had read these reviews before I hired them. I live out of state now and I am left with a court agreement that isn’t being honored. When I contacted my attorney, she passed me off to her assistant. The attorney wouldn’t even speak with me. I was told if I want the agreement enforced, I need to start over with a new $ 5000 retainer. They wouldn’t even write a letter or make a phone call regarding the enforcement of the court agreement. I am still making monthly payments for the previous fees. I am left with nothing but a piece of paper and I live 3000 miles away. I feel disillusioned and deceived and angry. I am sure you can find a better attorney than the ones in this firm
Divorce is such a devastating time for all involved. I thought I had an excellent attorney who was caring and concerned but I was wrong. It was about the money. Don’t let them fool you.
I have a follow up with this. My former husband died on April 19, 2014. This is the first time these law offices have contacted me. They now want me to pay the court ordered fees of my x-​husband. I am still paying my own fees monthly. So disappointing.

Don’t hire her or anyone from her office. Here’s what you can expect. Beatrice will meet with you on your initial meeting. She will promise you she will win your case. She will ask for a retainer. After that she will pass you down to a junior attorney who will be supervised by a senior attorney. She wont take anymore of your calls after that. The senior attorneys will all review your case over and over and over again like this is their first divorce case thay have ever seen. Before you know it you will have $ 25,000 in bills of just attorneys in the office reviewing your case over and over without getting anything done. They have a

Got taken to the cleaners by some small one man Attorney office in El Cajon. After I spent over $ 75k. I was told by Beatrice on my first interview it wouldnt be more than 10k. They will want to see your taxs and and bank statements to see how much they can suck you dry. I substituted attorneys and went to a one man Attorneys office and he got the job done with very little money and half the time. Saying I was disappointed by Beatrice’s office would be a understatement. She is just concerned how much money you have so she can buy herself a new Jag or take her next European vacation on your dime! Shame on you Beatrice!

I hired Beatrice Snider’s office to handle my divorce. She sets the standard for greedy, unsympathetic, attorneys. She passes you off to her «team». I have payed over 260k that her «team» sucked out of me and after 2 years, was not even half way done with my divorce. At one of our initial meetings, she put her finger in my face and said «you are getting a deal from us because your Ex-​to-​be has already paid $ 70k to his attorneys and we have only charged you $ 40K. It didn’t take her long to catch up. Her firm did a lot of procedural work and charged a premium, but not much to get me divorced. It did not take her long to have a lien on my house and when it sold, all of the proceeds were sent directly to her office. My bill at that point was about the same as my house proceeds ($ 150K) At that point, the attorney assigned to me was replaced without any discussion with me and I was sent a «no Hard feelings email». The new attorney yelled at me. Literally, raised her voice and told me not to tell her how she was going to handle my case (???) I was ready to switch attorneys which promted them to apologize. Continuing on, after 18 months, I met with her and her team to discuss a strategy and it took them 3 month (! !!) to implement the 2 basic requests that we agreed upon during that meeting (it was to file a motion for fees and discuss settlement). During that 3 months, I was charged 10s of thousands of dollars for interactions with my ex-to-be’s side.
In the beginning they state «tell me all of your financial information so we can fight for you to get what you deserve». In the end it was «We know all of you financial info and what you can afford and if you can’t afford it, we can suggest an attorney for bankruptcy. «If you want to get ripped off, hire Sinder’s office.

If I could give them negative stars, I would do it.
Beatrice lied to me, then assigned an attorney who sided with my husband and I had to pay thousands of dollars a month for the attorney who was fighting against me.

Beatrice and her associates will empty your bank accounts and deliver zero results. I know. It happened to me. My legal bill was running approximately $ 3,000 a month. When I fired her firm I was called into the office and was told that the final bill was the balance that was in my Trust Account. $ 8,000!!!
