History
Established in 2013.
After having worked at Family Court Services (FCS) for over 11 years making custody plans for Family Court Judges and having worked as a family law attorney at another law firm, I felt I would be best able to provide clients with more personal service by starting my own law practice. I make sure I am available for my clients and pride myself on my ability to return calls and emails promptly. Unlike other family law attorneys, I have firsthand knowledge of Family Court Services, which I use to provide Family Court Services preparation for all my clients involved in a custody dispute.
I have been selected to the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers 2015 California Rising Stars list. This is an exclusive list, recognizing no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state.

Attorney Brian A. Victor has litigated complex family law matters. Prior to forming his own law practice, Attorney Victor litigated family law matters at a well-known San Diego County family law firm.
Brian A. Victor is the only family law attorney in San Diego County with prior work experience at Family Court Services (FCS) where for more than eleven years he worked with the most challenging child custody and visitation matters and crafted more than 4,000 child custody recommendations for Family Court judges.
Unlike other family law attorneys, Attorney Victor provides his firsthand knowledge of FCS and Family Court Services preparation for all of his clients involved in a custody dispute.
Attorney Victor previously worked for Child Protective Services and was responsible for investigating complex child abuse, neglect, and domestic violence allegations. This experience sets him apart from other family law attorneys due to his understanding of complex issues in family law matters.
