Our goal is to stop discrimination and to make the wrongdoers pay money to you for what they have done, and to change the rules at your complex so that children will be allowed to play without fear of being evicted.

We received lease termination threat by our landlord because of our children’s noise. We did some research and stumbled upon Mr. Fagan’s website. The site had great information about the fair housing law and our rights under this law. We called him up for help. Not only he helped us write a legal letter, he assured us that we didn’t do violate anything and that we didn’t have to worry. He was very professional, to the point and down to earth.
