History

Established in 1987.

The first office was opened in Santa Ana in 1987 and has served the Orange County area since then. The San Diego office was opened in 1992 and the Ontario office in 2004. Most of the staff have been with Dennis since the beginning and are extremely knowledgeable and up-​to-​date on the constantly changing laws.

Business Owner

Born in Los Angeles in 1960 and moved to Orange County in 1976, Dennis is the son of Argentine immigrants that came to the U.S. in 1956 when the country was in need of applicants to work in Engineering, among other fields. His father was a Civil Engineer and his mother a teacher who has earned Masters degrees in Spanish, French and Portuguese. Dennis learned Spanish from his parents and later became fluent after living a year in Argentina. His desire since high school was to become an attorney. His determination led him to pass the State Bar exam on his first try and begin his business by his mid 20’s. He is now married with 4 children.
