The managing attorney of The Law Offices of Jacob J. Sapochnick is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association; he has been invited to lecture on immigration law topics at various conferences in the United States and abroad. He has also published several articles on issues related to the field. Mr. Sapochnick has been quoted by numerous newspapers and radio shows worldwide. He has written articles for various publications in North America. He also published an e-​book on TN NAFTA visas available online atwww​.tnvisaex​pert​.com. Mr. Sapochnick also presides over e-​inquires from visitors to many online communities seeking information about US Immigration. Mr. Sapochnick is an avid speaker and has recently been featured in a workshop about US Visas at the San Diego Career Expo, the largest job fair in Southern California. He actively attends immigration seminars and conferences throughout North America.

The worst service in the world! Collect money? It’s OK, but take care of your customers? God forbid
Lack of responsibility. lack of professionalism and lack of caring!!!
I am very disappointed!!!
I accept my stay refusal of the application only because of their mistake too late that send the bag
I was told that everything was fine and confirmed that it!
But in case I discovered it was not approved
Now I call the office to ask for an answer why it happened? Everyone is busy and no one really gives the answers
Get the bag and the money they had all the time in the world But to correct the mistakes they made? They do not have time even to listen!
I’m very very very disappointed from the servers before and now.
!!! If your case is important to you I do not recommend to go to this office !!!

I have referred Jacob to several people and he’s been nothing but helpful; in some cases he’s even given advice for free and been able to help them tremendously.
I have been fortunate enough to even have him give me advice in other areas, and he’s done it to the best of his ability. To me a good lawyer isn’t just one who is always looking for a retainer, but one that’s human and not only humanizes the process, but one who also makes you feel that you’re not just a number, and that’s what he is to me.
I’ll say it one more time, everyone I’ve referred to Jacob has not come back to me with something negative, rather they’ve come back and said that he was super kind and helpful. I will continue to refer him to anyone who is having any kind of immigration issue.

I read all the great reviews and called to get a consultation. The repesentative who answered the phone took down the basic details of my problem and said that a lawyer would call me possibly later that day or the following day. I asked her if she understood that the matter was time-​sensitive and she said yes. It’s been more than a week and I still haven’t received that call, but I now have a more responsive law firm dealing with my case.

Used their services for my wifes green card. Very friendly workers and replied to my questions in a timely matter. The only issue I have is the mistake they made when sending the green card application to the NVC. It was a simple mistake two incorrect numbers in two boxes, but because of that the NVC rejected it and required another submission. This delayed us a few months and for the price I paid I expected more. However, the advice for the consulate interview was great. Had all my questions answered by Lupe who knew everything. Very knowlegable, efficient, and nice.

Jacob and his team applied for an E2 visa for me and the experience and result was excellent. His team were very diligent in preparing the documents, forcing me several times to make adjustments or improvements. An RFE (Request for Evidence) came back, but it was for only one minor clarification, which was sorted out without any trouble at all. He and his team are highly professional and personable in their approach, making sure things are done on time and that your worries are soothed. I highly recommend using his services!

I would like to thank Jacob Sapochnick and his associates for all of there help getting my fiancé Assaf David back to the states after we were apart for over two years (after being together 8 years). The whole team really helped us through the most stressful time in both of our lives! We previously had a horrible lawyer who gave us bad advice and didn’t even spell Assaf’s name right on the legal documents. After this we were lost on what to do next until Assaf found Jacob. After our first talk he answered all of our questions and guided us on what to do next with the K1 visa. Assaf was in Israel and I am in Cincinnati so we did everything online or over the phone. Jacob and his staff were very helpful and informative, they answered all of our questions promptly and professionally! Jacob has been my immigrations lawyer and consultant for the past 10 years. All along I lived in a different city in CA and now in a different state. Doing business with his office even from a long distance was a non-​issue at all. His staff is very knowledgeable and very quick and efficient in processing your needs. Everything was either faxed or mailed to me in a timely manner, and with clear instructions on what I need to do.
Jacob personally prepared me for the interviews along the way and set the expectations right. He’s always there to answer questions via email or other means.
If you need to know information about your status it’s very important to know all the hard facts (do not rely on rumors or advise from friends). Immigration is the most important business you’ll be involved in, and Jacob is definitely the lawyer you can trust to get you where you need to go.

I was referred to Attorney Jacob Sapochnick by a friend of my mother’s a few days before returning to Europe from my vacation in the US. I wanted to stay in the US to study but didn’t know how and was very confused about the whole process and what I would need in order to do that. I had already spoken to two other very upscale lawyers and even paid money to one of them but was told I have to leave the US and it would have been a long and very confusing process.
I therefore called Mr. Sapochnick the same day I got his contact, he took the time to explain all my options and met with me personally the next morning. Within a week I had an application to get my student Visa, the process was so smooth, his office took care of every detail in an extremely rapid, professional and friendly fashion.
I did not have to return to Europe and got my Student Visa within a couple of months and started to study. As a student, I had to go back home for a few weeks, and since I was leaving the US I needed to pass by the embassy and get a student Visa stamp on my passport, which is a whole new process.
Mr. Sapochnick and his staff were extremely helpful, very efficient in telling me exactly what to do and the whole process went smoothly within less than a week I got the Visa Stamp and returned to the US successfully.
I am very happy with his expertise and service, it has changed my view about lawyers for the rest of my life! :) and I would recommend him to anyone that has an immigration issue to resolve or for doing any immigration process.
