When I dropped off my uniform items to have new rockers sewn on it was never mentioned that they did not save the old rocker. Upon pick up, I asked the person that was attending the front desk about the rockers (after he snatched my ticket from my hand) and he couldn't answer. An older man chimed in saying to read the sign, which are multiple pieces of paper that are attached to the front desk saying it was thrown away if not requested to save. He went on to say that he was a veteran, asking how long I've been in and how the NEX did not save them (which is a lie!). I attempted to tell him the older man that he should have the person at the front desk tell them to save them since he was a veteran knowing that people used them for their shadow boxes but that back fired back to read the sign followed by "Its not like we're hurting for customers". Safe to say I won't be back nor would I recommend them to anyone!

They are a little pricey, but they are also very convenient. If you can’t find what you’re looking for from the NEX or MCX, chances they may have it and/or can hem/sew your uniforms.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am not one to complain I have worked both in hospitality and also in customer service. So here’s the story, I dropped of something I needed embroidered by Friday on a Tuesday. It was three letters! Three! Just initials. I call to pick it up on Friday morning as I had discussed with the lady, and she says it won’t be done till four… No that is not what we talked about. I asked if she could please have it done by noon. She said okay, I go in a noon and it’s still not done! I just don’t understand how they are still in business! Do not go here! Try kos designs, way more friendly and cheaper! The man helped me get it done in ten minutes. Also, the woman at the front was particularly rude. Take your money elsewhere!

Horrible customer service!!! They do service for military uniforms on a regular basis but will still mess up basic embroidery services. In this case they added a hyphen to a name on a uniform which she admittedly knew was wrong. I asked the lady why they would put something on a uniform incorrectly knowing it’s not correct. Her reply was because she wouldn’t be the one to get in trouble for the error. That was how it was on the sheet that her employee wrote. So it was our fault for not telling them to leave off the hyphen between two last names… although they already know not to hyphenate. She wanted us to pay for it to be corrected which is absurd & made me think they must get off on doing things wrong to make the customer pay to correct it. It will not dawn on them to ask questions or call you to verify even though you provide them with a contact number. This place is a disgrace & dishonorable to the military members who trust them to provide quality service. I’ve had problems with them before and this time it resulted in me having to put them on blast & vowing to never do business with them again. I will find a better place to conduct business in the future. If you like poor quality & bad customer service go to LC Embroidery because that seems to be there motto.

Every time I had dropped something off for drycleaning and pressing, it has come back better than expected. It doesn’t look like a place that would do good work, but the press job on uniforms is better than the exchange. No double creases, and they know how to do all uniforms. Wore my whites out in town and had some awful stains on them, but they came back sparkling white. There are a few times where I have dropped my uniform off and was able to pick it up the next day. Can’t get any better than that. I haven’t had them make me any patches, but they offer that, so that’s always a plus, especially during promotion season when the NEX runs out of everything.

The NEX screwed my collar devices up. I didn’t want to even bother going back to get it fixed so I just took it here for same-day service. They fixed the collar quickly, updated the new one, and the placement was a little more accurate than the NEX as well. All in the same day. I haven’t done much else more than that but I recommend you try them out.

An epic joke. I took my white shirt to have it pressed for my roomies going away party. Dropped it off on a Tuesday afternoon. He says oh ya it will be ready by Friday no worries… I go to pick it up; my shirt is not only lost! This Co##sucker tries to close the shop n tell me to come back tomorrow. I got my shirt back worse than when I dropped it off. Somehow it got wet. NEVERAGAIN… Not with this amateur hour dry cleaning shop…
