Getting my daughter settled in at SDSU was already anxiety provoking and yet exciting. But when it came time to actually see the house and sign the lease, Will (Owner of Leasing SD) made the entire transaction wonderful. He is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and responsive whenever have any questions or concerns, and there has been very few times I have needed to contact him due to the home being pretty well maintained considering it is a college rental. The place has tile and hardwood flooring, no carpet. The walls are painted beautifully in rich, warm tones with crown molding on top and bottom. It is spacious and has new ceiling fans as well. Will takes great care of his clients and as a parent I can say he made me feel so much better knowing my daughter is in a nice, safe, and well kept property. Thanks for the great experience Leasing SD!

I highly recommend this real estate service for finding real estate and getting assistance with maintenance work. This company was referred to me by a friend, and I’m glad for the referral. The agent, Mr. William Greene, was very professional. He took the time to «know what I want and what my plans were» instead of selling me on what’s good for him. I feel that he really listened to me and understood the direction that I was going in my real estate planning. What I like about him is that he is very accessible. He calls right away when I have any questions. He explains what I need to know, and then some, which makes it very easy for me to accomplish my transactions. I have worked as a real estate investor and end-​user for many years. I have to say that Mr. Greene meets professionalism and competence «above and beyond» other real estate service companies out there. I recommend him highly.

I met William Greene, owner of Leasing San Diego through a referral. He manages my house in southern San Diego. He gave me some great ideas on how to make my property more rentable. Leasing San Diego is as good as it gets for property rentals in the College area. I have used them since 2007 to rent out my house and they have without fail maintained it rented with high quality renters. While there has been turnover, Will of Leasing San Diego has brought in a new tenant every time with the longest laspe, an acceptable two month window.
I live in Texas so it is important to have a trustworthy relationship that can be relied upon. I believe I receive that with Leasing San Diego and urge anyone looking for a property management services in San Diego to consider Will and his team at Leasing San Diego,

I have worked with Will from Leasing San Diego for almost three years now, I do plumbing repairs on the rentals he manages. I have done everything from clearing clogged drains to replacing water heaters for him. I felt this review would be a unique contribution because of my experience with a lot of other property management companies.
Working in the business property managers can be a headache! I would say most of them don’t really care about the properties, they just want the problem fixed as cheaply and with as little time wasted on the phone with them as possible. This is nice and all until the problems happen again because further work needs to be done and can be done much cheaper if done when a repairman is already on site and has parts on hand. So it winds up being the person who owns the home pays for it, because the property manager is either unreachable or just wants the cheap fix. The worse trait of a property manager is when they actually ask a tradesman for a kickback on every job they do! This actually happens people! I won’t work with anyone like that.
Working with Will is different, He is very knowledgeable about the trade and has obviously been dealing with this for years as he has a really good sense on the market price and ALWAYS asks me for a price before I start to make sure his customer is taken care of. Will is reliable and answers his phone, and makes informed decisions on whether or not to proceed with any additional recommended work. Lets face it sometimes its a great idea to do recommended work and sometimes its not as critical. Will understands the difference, but makes sure the work is done properly.
I would recommend Will to anyone looking to lease their home whether its just to find tenants to occupy or to manage the entire process, as he has proven savvy, friendly, and to have strong integrity.

Will at leasing San Diego did a great job leasing and managing my properties. From finding the initial tenants, renewing leases, collecting rent, landscaping and general maintenance, Will took care of everything .
Transferring all the headaches and time consuming tasks of property management to Leasing San Diego is well worth the cost.
Most importantly, my occupancy rates have increased from Will’s network and marketing of tenants around the SDSU area.
I wish he could manage my Orange County properties.
