Lee and Associates

I just had the best experience here ! I went in to get a pair of glasses I ordered adjusted, the staff did not snub me, nor talk down to me about my «cheap» glasses (2 different issues at 2 other locations, hence my joy about Dr Lee’s!), I was treated courteously, and pleasantly, with respect. The gentleman fixed my glasses and informed me about insurance for getting glasses, and generally helped me keep this shop as my new Go-​To for my future optometrist needs!

Had a large «floater» in my eye and had to get on a airplane. My medical group couldn’t get me in right away so I called Dr. Lee’s office. They were friendly and fit me right in. Dr. Lee did an intensive exam, and then worked through the next morning to get me to a retinal specialist. She went above and beyond, and I wasn’t even a regular patient, (though I am now)! This is high praise from me since I am a RN. Very reasonable cost also.

Dr. Lee is probably the best Optometrist we have had across three continents over last twenty years! She not only knows her stuff, but also has the patience to not rush things until she herself is satisfied that the patient is getting the most accurate prescription /​diagnosis. The staff members (Alice, Sabrina) at the reception counter are professional, polite, and caring, and take pride in doing things correctly every time (as you may guess, our experiences with other optometrists and their staff were far from satisfactory). They also give you honest and straight forward advise even though doing that may result in lower or no profit for them! If you are looking for the best optometrist practice at a very reasonable price in Rancho Bernardo, look no further.

I had such a great experience here. I called around optometry offices in the area and this was the most affordable for a contact lenses fitting. Everyone was warm, helpful and efficient. I’m so glad I found this place!
