Our Taco Shop is a family owned business. Our style of cuisine is Baja California style. The recipes for our delicious foods are passed down from my grandmother to my mother and father down to me. We specialize in tacos, but what people order the most is our carne asada fries and our California burrito. All our food is made to order and made with fresh ingredients. Our menu contains breakfast, burritos, tacos, tortas, and house specials. All the house specials come with rice and beans and ur choice of tortillas. Our breakfast plates are also very popular, because they are Mexican type dishes. So come and give our Baja style taco shop and try I know you will enjoy it and leave happy.

Business Owner

I am a Chef, graduated from The San Diego Culinary Institute in 2008. I started working in a little fish restaurant I was there for a year and I liked it but I wanted to expand my knowledge to some where bigger so then I got hired at a resort and really big and beautiful resort where I learned a lot. But then the idea came to my head that I wanted to own my own restaurant some day. So then my dad got a place and that place is now Lidya’s Taco Shop. Both of my parents love to cook and have really good flavor for food and well I got that gene. I love to cook its fun and relaxing. I have learned all my recipes from my parents and other family members. So my passion for food is there and I love what I do. So that is a little bit about me.
