History
Established in 2005.
LightBridge Hospice Community Foundation (LBHCF), the charitable arm of LightBridge Hospice & Palliative Care, was formed in 2005 to assist San Diegans in the last stages of their lives. Our goal is to bring peace of mind, dignity, and comfort through a variety of specialized programs. To achieve these goals we have created several funds designed to comfort and ease each person through this journey and to help healthcare professionals and the public better understand hospice and palliative care.
