Linda Liquor is a quick and easy enough Liquor store to get in and out of. They’re open later than the Mini-Mart/Liquor store across the street(on Ulric) which is also convenient. The parking lot is never full and never hard to get in and out of. Their selection is good. I’m not really into craft beer and wine, but they do have a good variety. For the stuff that I usually get, it’s always available, always priced right and always cold! :)‘ They also carry all the other stuff you’d expect from a Liquor store(ex: Snacks, Soda, scratchers) The workers are pleasant enough. Thanks for staying open late guys!

I bought some scratchers here and the man working told me it is a $ 2 charge to run my card — for two scratchers. Also, I wanted to take cash out which is another $ 2 — that would mean $ 4 just to use my card.

While Linda Liquor sounds like the name of a woman whose on the down-and-out, this store is anything but. Great selection of local beers, tons of wine to choose from, and a relatively good selection of spirits(though I wish they had more gins to choose from). And considering I live in the neighborhood, I’m happy to patron this spot often, especially when I’m waiting for my Thai takeout from Sab-E-Lee.

Lots of alcohol to choose from and conveniently located. Parking is easy, so you can make a quick stop for some beer, smokes and Doritos, then hit the road and start partying like a rock star!

At first glance, there’s nothing too remarkable about this place. until you walk past the coolers, where you’ll find every bum wine in production(i.e. The Fantastic Five: MD20/20, Boone’s, Cisco, T-bird and Night Train. and I swear I saw some Strawberry Ripple on the shelves, which, for you youngsters out there is the –O.G.-, discontinued stuff.) Given that, and their respectable selection of «stuff normal people drink» I hereby dub this place the BumBevMo. They have pretty much all local microbrews(B. Point, Greenflash, Stone) in all varieties, and most import beers you could think of. There aren’t many frills here, but the store is clean, well laid-out and the staff tend to be friendly. Also, with holiday season coming up, keep in mind that bum wines make excellent gifts and stocking stuffers for you and your loved ones.; P (Personally, I give them out all the time as gag b-day gifts.) Verdict: RECOMMENDED.
