Linker Mobile Notary Service was formed in May of 2004. Professional notary services are offered to the general public and local businesses through out San Diego county.

Meet the Business Owner

Barbara L.

Business Owner

Having completed a career in Information Technology, Barbara became a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association, and a Registered Signing Agent through The Signing Registry. She began offering loan signing services to lenders, brokers, escrow and mortgage companies. Identity Theft presentations became available in 2006 after becoming a Certified Risk Management Specialist through the Institute of Consumer Financial Education.
