Specialties
The studio offers small group training with no more than six participants so that people can get the social setting while still receiving personal attention. Clients can share sessions with friends and family to reduce cost and spend time with other people. Personal or individual training is offered to people who prefer one on one attention. Along with your workout, each session can also include: assisted stretching, yoga poses, myofacial release, muscular manipulation and nutritional counseling.
History
Established in 2010.
I get results because I train the body, mind and spirit. It is my belief that one does not exist without the other. Changes and achievements occur when all three factors are addressed. Longevity in maintaining your goals occurs when there is a constant union of body, mind and spirit. Each workout is catered towards what your body can endure, what your mind can comprehend and what your spirit will grow from.
