We’ve purchased two homes from Ms Biala and sold two homes. We got more than we thought for the two we sold and paid a bit less than expected for the two we purchased. Ms Biala is hard-​working, prompt and thorough. She is extremely patient and never tries to sell you on something you don’t want. She’s not out for a quick buck, she genuinely wants her clients to be happy with their experience.

We loved Liz so much when we used her services to buy our house, that she was the first one we called when we decided to sell it. We were very timid and more than a little worried, since we were doing a short sale. Would we need an attorney? A tax person? What? Liz knew all the answers and then some. As a bonus, she works directly with a short sale specialist in-​house, and the short sale process went smooth as silk for us. Whether you’re looking to sell your home the regular route, or if you have a short sale that you want to do with no headaches, Liz is your woman.

My husband and I worked with Liz as first-​time home buyers for over a year before we found the house we’d call home. After working with a different agent previous to Liz we were so relieved to find out how knowledgable she was and how she allowed us to move at our own pace! We never felt pressured which allowed us to enjoy the house hunting process (as much as possible).
Once we got an offer accepted, and we entered the escrow stage, Liz always took the time to explain every peice of paper we signed and always gave us her professional opinion as well as her personal opinion (which we asked for and really appreciated)!
Overall, excellent experience and we will most certainly use her again!

The home we bought was short sale and, let me tell you, there were lots of hoops to jump through with the bank! Despite all the hoops we encountered, our home buying experience was smooth and relatively easy thanks to Liz. Whenever a problem with the bank during escrow arose, Liz never concerned us with it until she already had a solution. She was professional and patient and the fact that she truly loves what she does shows in her passion for finding the right home at the right price.

Liz is awesome! She had been very patience and steered us to the right directions in owning our places. The first time I worked with Liz was five years ago to get my first place! She always came prepared with tons of listing information and info on the surrounding neighborhood too! That’s why, when we were getting our second place, there was not a slightest doubt that she would find us a perfect place! And She did it again!
Her lightning fast reaction got us to our place! Within 2 hrs of the listing, we already had our offer ready to be submitted to the seller! and we closed within 30 days! Best experience! Would definitely work with her again in the future!
