These painters were AMAZING! Within minutes of sending them an email to request an estimate, they had called me to set up an appointment. After coming out for the free consultation, they were so friendly and thankfully willing to work with our budget! They were able to fit us in the their busy schedule right away and although they quoted us two days to finish the job, they completed it in ONE! ALL the work they did is perfect. They moved all furniture and items that needed moving and put it all back together when they were done. We had one minor spot that needed touch up that they were happy to come back the next morning and fix with a smile. SUCH a nice, professional, family oriented company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great experience!

Mr. and Mrs. Lockwood provided an amazing service for me. I needed to prep and paint the fascia of my 2 story house (lots of wood parts around windows, garage, doors and the balcony), and to treat the old nails that had rusted and ruined the front portion. All this within the rules of the HOA for the colour schemes. They responded to my request immediately, they came over to my house to look at the job and provided me with 2 detailed estimates on the type of work that could be done, with various levels of cost, and they really helped me to understand and comply with the complicated HOA rules. They started the job after 2 days and finished 1 day early! And the final price was exactly what they quoted in the estimate, they even threw in the painting of the balcony floor that we didn’t discuss, for free! They are trustworthy and extremely professional, I will definitely call them to do the repainting of the whole house soon.

Great family business. We needed a rental of ours painted and were able to get everything set up with ease. Price was great and the job looked amazing. The house looked like new after they were done. Would use again!

Now this is service I’m talking about!
We needed our living room and family room painted because we couldn’t paint it ourselves due to almost 20 feet high ceilings.
We looked at a lot of painting services on craigslist… had about 5 – 6 different painters give us quotes and timeframes of how long it would take… Everything was unfortunately beyond out budget… some painters said it would take 2 whole days to finish the job. Pat of Lockwood painting came to look at the rooms to give us a very reasonable estimate and gave me such precise information,…he said he would need 2 gallons of paint for each room, the job will be done in 6 hours, and he would need all the furniture moved to the center of the room (which was easy since we don’t have much in the rooms).
We booked him, and he arrived the next day with all supplies… drop cloths rollers, brushes, tape, ladders etc… all we supplied were the paints.
Pat and Beverley and Robert came to do the job and were very professional about it… what surprised me was they finished right on time in 6 hours! talk about experience in estimation! They are a family based business and were absolutely friendly and professional throughout…
