Loma Launderland & Dry Cleaning

NEVER AGAIN!
I live around the corner and needed to get some slacks and a jacket dry cleaned. I should have just walked out as soon as I stepped foot into the building. For being a dry cleaner/​laundromat, it was filthy. When i dropped my stuff off, the young kid behind the counter seemed to not know what he was doing, but i gave it a pass. The first time i went to pick my stuff up (on a friday), nobody was in their dry cleaning booth. Maybe they were on lunch. Still nobody there 2 hours later when i came back. Came back the next Monday and their conveyer belt was broken, could I please come back tomorrow. Maybe just bad luck. I checked on them almost every day for A WEEK AND A HALF and still I could not get my clothes. Eventually they took all the clothes off the overhead racks and were able to get me my clothes. When I could finally reclaim my garments, I asked for a discount for the inconvenience. The little old lady running the place this time said, «I’m sorry, no discount.» I said «Really?» and she confirmed, no discount. They actually overcharged me because the kid at the beginning didn’t add it up correctly. These people have never heard of customer service. Needless to say, I will never be using them again, and i would encourage everyone else in the Pt. Loma area to avoid this establishment.
