Meet the Business Owner

Cesar L.

Business Owner

Attorney Cesar Luna, has been practicing law since 1995. Mr. Luna was born in Mexico City and raised in Santa Barbara, California. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree at University of California Santa Barbara in both Environmental Studies and Spanish Literature in 1992.

He was admitted to University of San Diego School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor. He was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1997 and was qualified in 2003 as a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Attorney or Counsel. He has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) for more than ten years.

Before becoming partner in 1999 at the formerly named Bournazian & Luna law firm, he worked for Environmental Health Coalition for four years, a non-​profit organization dedicated to protect public health and the environment. In 2004 he separated from his partner and opened his own law firm now called Luna & Associates.
