Macy’s

Horrible service. I went to there at 9pm since they indicated they were open until 10pm.
Upon arriving in the athletic shoe section, the girl mumbled that I can’t believe people keep showing up; I want to go home. I pretended not to hear. I asked her if she had a long day. She politely answered me that she had worked a very long day. But she was scheduled to be off at 9, yet the store was open to 10pm. What? What management did this?
She did try to pull shoes for me, but of course, they didn’t have my size. Lame
She didn’t tell me there were shoes on clearance that would fit me.
Once I noticed, I tried to find her but she already went home. I then approached another counter for help. They said they couldn’t help me. What?
Macy corporation, what the heck is wrong with you? Why would you not schedule someone in a section to be there until close? Why could someone else not help me?
Clearly you didn’t want to sell merchandise.
I blame Macy’s management for this complete failure.
America, we need to do better than this.

Not the best place to order a couch from. Didn’t she what I wanted in stock which is understandable. But they told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks which was not true. I contact the lady that sold it to me and she told me she hadn’t heard anything from the warehouse. So I got in contact with them myself and they told me they were not sure when it would ship. So where did it will be there on two weeks come from? So I cancelled my entire order. Which I has to wait on hold for almost an hour to do. Don’t recommend this place at all unless they have it there in stock.

Came here to look for specific shirt and maybe check out bedding. The escalator to get upstairs were down. You can’t even find the elevator unless you ask an employee. It was too much to look for home department and with the escalator down. Forget it. We gave up and left

This location is awful from a shopping aspect. I never find any good merchandise here. The staff is usually completely absent, or unwilling to help out a customer if they are not in their department.
HOWEVER, Humberto, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to ask if I needed something. I was relieved to have found someone to talk to about my return. He was honestly the only one in this entire store concerned with customer service. He helped more customers in 15 minutes (all in different departments) then all the other employees combined. He should get a raise.

I went to the home and furniture store to get a wedding gift off the registry. Leslie and Doris were fantastic about helping me figure things out. The customer service was above and beyond what was to be expected. Thank them again for me.

MACYS wouldn’t accept my credit card because my credit card company put a fraud block on it. So the person helping me called up their line to clear it. Apparently it did clear it and he told me it didn’t, because my credit card AND debit card ending up being charged! Seriously?! Now I have to deal with trying to get my money back. Before this happened, I waited 25 minutes just to TRY a pair of shoes on. If I wasn’t desperate for shoes for the following evening, I would have left. To top it all off, the store is a disaster. Nothing is in order, clothes are thrown all over the place and fitting rooms are full of clothes. I went in on a Wednesday night!!! Only one person working the shoes department… How is that fair to the employee? She handled herself well, but could only work so fast…

LOVE LOVE LOVE Macy’s! The store is clean and organized. The employees we interacted with were polite and customer service oriented.
Will happily continue giving this store my business!

Go to Fashion Valley. The customer service here is aweful. Waited over half an hour to purchase a watch when there were two people working at the counter. I was completely ignored and no one acknowledged me. Terrible service. Makes me not want to come back.

Not my favorite Macy’s. I am a Macy’s freak, pretty sure most of every paycheck I make goes directly to this place! This location is closest to me and has actually affordable items compared to the Fashion Valley but it’s touch and go. I once spoke to a girl in the ladies department that was so rude and refused to give me her name. Often times I have issues with prices when they forget to take down their sale signs and don’t want to honor the price that it says.
On the bright side, the managers are very nice and fix the issues immediately.

Macy’s at FV has the rudest people working there. The attitude is pretty much «not my job». Nice…

Worst experience in the cosmetic section EVER. Waited for 20 minutes to be seen (not busy at all). I was blatantly ignored only to be told that none of the cosmetic lines sold eyeliner? What is that? A lie. Stop being lazy and help me!

Honestly there’s not much to differentiate this Macy’s from others. It’s a very predictable and vanilla experience going into a department store like this. It is pretty large and there is a very large variety of clothes to go through… if you’re into that kind of thing… I’m definitely not one of those browsers. In and out is my preference. I felt some of the lighting on the first floor was kinda uneven and it was a little dark, though I can’t be sure if that’s done for effect.

I love Macy’s. I may not always be able to afford their stuff but I love coming into this store. I had a gift card and sales were in play. The customer service was amazing. I bought a Guess purse for a total of $ 1.00 out of my pocket between the sale and my gift card. I also bought some red cowgirl boots that were on sale. I love this store. If any of you wish to buy me a gift card I am accepting all offers! :-)

We went to this amazing store to Macys last Saturday. We were looking for the wedding dress to my friend. The store is pretty big and clean!
We found the nice dress for her and she was very happy!
The customer service is awesome and stuff is friendly!

The best way to shop Macy’s? Wait for the sales! The racks may be in disarray, and you may have to hunt for things, but the SAVINGS!
Seriously, we were able to put a hurtin’ on their racks, shopping for both my husband and myself, about a month ago. My all-​time favorite purchase on this trip was a Kenneth Cole jacket for my husband. We saw it, he tried it on and liked it, but didn’t like the price (well over $ 100). Still, we knew he would need a good jacket for our upcoming trip, and it really did look good on him, so he finally decided to just go for it.
I took the jacket from him and went to one of the scanning stations. And there, I found that the jacket was on sale for $ 30. That’s savings of a TON! (I don’t do math!)
Every item we purchased was on sale, and then discounted again on top of that. He got several good quality shirts for less than $ 5 each, and I was able to pick up a few tops for myself, though not nearly as cheaply as his (women’s clothing is just always going to be more expensive, I think).
The two or three employees that we interacted with were so friendly, as well. The lady that rang us up was from Russia, and we had a nice conversation about her home country, and how it’s on my list of places to visit… but not right now. She was really cool, and she was more surprised than we were when she saw how cheap everything was.
I’m definitely going to keep Macy’s sales in mind, the next time we need to go shopping. It worked out for the hubs — he got a whole new wardrobe! — and it kind of worked out for me. Maybe I’ll have better luck next time.

Best Macy’s ever?! Nope. not even close. But I got to say, it’s not too bad and it’s in a great location. The selection is hit and miss and a lot of it depends on what’s on sale. Customer service is pretty helpful for the most part as well. However, you have to find an employee to help you to get that service. Sadly, I rarely see this store manned to match the traffic volume. The place can be very disorganized and sloppy. And as I mentioned before, a lot of what makes this Macy’s worth shopping at are the sales because there is little here worth paying full price for. I really would just like to see more employees on the floor to help shoppers and restock so I’m not leaving because I couldn’t find my size that was actually misplaced or in some drop bin and couldn’t find someone to help me in time before I realized I wouldn’t have to wait this long somewhere else I wanted to buy something and ultimately leave. Plus this store is in need of a serious makeover. It is not very appealing in my opinion. Overall, the customer service is what saved this Macy’s from a lower rating. Depending on the time of day you go and what you’re shopping for, I’d say give this store a shot.

This Macy’s is in need of a make over badly but it’s not the worst. It is nice that there is a small dog park between Macy’s and Tilted Kilt. The men’s department is pretty small to me but the sales people aren’t pushy. There’s no restaurant in this Macy’s unlike some other Macy’s. Why is it that the women’s department is always bigger then the men’s? They do most of the time has sales which is always great because I don’t like paying full price.

The last 3 visits to the Men’s department have been a complete disappointment due to lack of service from multiple sales people that found it more important to talk with each other about HR issues and what they are doing the upcoming weekend than aiding in helping me find sizes and brands I interesting in purchasing.
This makes it a challenge to have a positive shopping experience or want to return…

I love Macy’s! This location is never busy (when I come here, usually weekday in the morning). I came here with my husband to get him a new spiffy ensemble. A salesman helped us right away and saw us threw the whole sale. Neither of us has any style, so we relied on the salesman a lot!
The sales are awesome and my favorite time to shop! Customer service is always great here. The restrooms are always clean. They are in the process of renovation, so the ambiance is going to get even better!
