Thank you for visiting the Malama Integrative Bodywork Yelp page. «Malama» is the Hawaiian word for caring. This is my bodywork intention for you.

I was introduced to massage and bodywork in the 80’s having sought aid for my health as well as looking for a way to keep my body tuned for the rigors of Hawaiian outrigger canoe racing. My experience in the athletic arena as a racer and coach has given me first hand experience and a greater perspective of my client’s needs.

My bodywork practice continues to evolve, I believe as practitioners we have the opportunity to embrace and share all that aid in our own quest for wellness to keep balance in our lives.

I am grateful for the opportunity to share my talents with others and help find relief from pains and/​or daily stressors through therapeutic massage.
