Bi-​lingual in English and Spanish. Complete fluency in both US and Mexico legal systems. Bi-​cultural and experienced in the common law/​civil law legal system differences between the United States and Mexico. Law degrees from American University, Washington D.C. and I.T.E.S.M. (Tec of Monterrey), Monterrey, Mexico.
