Managed Solution

This company is always willing to go the extra mile. I have seen them working all hours to help customers when there is a problem with their IT systems. The management has an open door policy with customers as well as employees and transparency is greatly appreciated. I feel like I always know what is happening and that they communicate quickly to answer my questions.

Here’s my experience in working with Managed Solution, Jennell is excellent at procurement — Laura is even handed in working on the books, there are always bumps in the road with certain technicians but stuff gets ironed out over time — they work well in all phases of the game. I enjoy the relationships I have with the technicians too — sometimes there are learning journeys we have to take together, mistakes are going to happen it’s an inevitability of working in the technology field you just try to mitigate them as much as possible — responsiveness is what they do best!
They are also great at big project management — big projects have gone smoothly — they come up with a good plan and stick to it, when things come up they can handle it I don’t have to worry about it.

I’ve been a client of Managed Soluton for over four years and during that time my company grew from 20 employees to over 100. We had plenty of growing pains during that time but none of them were IT related. Managed Solution provided all of our support and consulting and were always available when we needed to add another user or our server went down.
I also really appreciated how they set up our network to be scalable. Obviously we didn’t need much when they first became our support provider but they set up in such a way that as we did grow we didn’t have to start from scratch helping to save us quite a bit in capital expenditures.
I would definitely recommend working with Managed Solution as they are true technology advisors and had no problem helping out no matter what issue we were facing!

This place has to be the worst I.T. Company in all of San Diego. We used them years ago because we knew the owner and trusted them completely. We were sold a $ 10,000.00 computer system that was too large for our business. We left Managed Solution with a sour taste in our mouth and now I can’t find anyone that can help me with our system. Ive tried at least 10 different people, even the phone company couldn’t help us.
Everyone that comes in here says it’s larger than a regular network and doesn’t know how to use it. Recently we tried to upgrade our internet and Managed Solution has our system so secure that no one can get into the switch. Not only that but when I actually called Managed Solution to get the password for the switch (which normally– when you buy a computer system from someone you get a pages of information on about your system ie. passwords) the tech support guy said «let me get some more information and I will call you back» and never did. I called back and left a message with him (his name was rick) and still no call back. It seems as though they have us on some black list to not help us. I even sent the owner a nice letter on face book begging them for their help with no response.
So if you want to spend a lot of money on a new computer system for your business and get no respect after you should defiantly use this company. They are really good at what they do.
