Mark and his wife are basically in business for the sole purpose of lining their pockets as much as possible. I almost made the mistake of buying out his practice from afar, and what I found when I got there was someone who was still practicing architecture as if it was the 1980s and wanted to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. Not only did Mrs. Mitchell treat me with a complete lack of respect, but they also lied to me about their finances and even pilfered some of my stuff that I made the mistake of leaving in their office. These are not people you want to do business with. Ever.
