Specialties
The number one goal of Marshall Eklund Pilates is to provide elite training in a fun environment. We are not a one-size fit all Pilates studio, we tailor our training to our clients capability and experience as well as their fitness goals. We excel in training both men and women from first time exercisers to hard-core athletes.
We are proud of both our Private and Semiprivate Sessions. Our private sessions are designed for the client who requires unique and specialized programming, such as back-care, or who is new to Pilates. In addition to traditional Private and Semi-private equipment-based Pilates, we offer exciting specialty semi-private sessions:
LIFT — A unique training program to improve muscular strength, endurance, power and tone.
FIT CAMP — This super cool, fast-pace program is for people with a base level of fitness.
PRENATAL — These semi-private sessions are held in groups of 1 – 4 expectant mothers utilizing the full range of pilates equipment.

Marshall E.
Business Owner
Marshall Eklund earned his first fitness certification and began training clients in 1986. With a passion for physical movement and activity, Marshall initially became intrigued with the Pilates technique when his clients gained significant benefits from mastering only a few basic Pilates exercises.
Marshall has been fortunate to study with many legendary instructors; he holds multiple certifications and continues his education in cutting-edge thinking.
