I’m a retired NFL football player and I’ve been around sports and exercise since I was a young teenager. I believe that consistency in exercise, health, and nutrition is the key to success.
I specialize in all types of fitness and athletic training:

I’m certified in the EFI Sports Medicine Gravity Systems machines and I specialize in the TRX training system.
I take what I’ve learned and experienced over my many years as a high school athlete, college academic, college and pro athlete, personal trainer, and uniquely convert that knowledge into a workable, fun, but ever-important challenging routine for each one of my clients. I work with individuals, couples, groups, bootcamps, and corporate wellness.
