I have been to this store a few times that I am very confident in my review. Came here because I was having issues with my hotspot. The first sales rep was not helpful at all, the blonde maybe named Christina. She kept insisting that I need to get a new phone before she even checked my phone to see if there was any configuration problems. At the ended of my visits I was then helped by Hector who basically said my plan didn’t include hotspot, so we changed the plan. I came back a week later because my hotspot still wasn’t working. Hector went through configuration and then called MetroPCS. Eventually the issue was that I had a branded unlocked phone that MetroPCS didn’t recognize. So I bought another phone. The hotspot issue was resolved. I came back a week later because my phone was now glitchy. They reset my phone and it worked ok for 24 hrs. It’s been two weeks and it’s still glitchy. Overall customer service was mediocre. I don’t believe in the MetroPCS brand, so I will be switching. And I don’t think that there phones are great. However Hector was super helpful, thank you.

Yadira provided stellar assistance when I purchased my new phone a little over a month ago. She took time to find out what my needs were, as I live in Tijuana and will be making a lot of calls on both sides of the border for work and such. She didn’t try to upsale me, and she explained the features of the phone I selected, as well as the metropcs customer service features in the event that I experienced any difficulty. I really appreciate that she didn’t treat me like just another bumbling customer off the streets. So far, I haven’t experienced any issues with my phone or the service package I selected. However, I know that should I run into any problems, i can always go back to this particular location for stellar support.
