Excellent company: I shopped and shopped for the best pricing, and the printing quality provided was excellent. They even caught some errors that I was unaware of and pointed them out in the proof they sent before printing. The brochures they delivered were excellent!

They are amazing. I needed a cheap program for my one person show American Man Dream, 1 page printed in color both sides, Fedex Kinkos wanted to charge over $ 200!!! MGX has a great team, they responded my questions immediately and they made sure my file was good. I paid around $ 50 and they even fold them! Thank you guys. I can’t wait to give my programs away during the Hollywood Fringe Festival!

I love MGX. I use them for all my color printing needs. The quality is great and I’m impressed with their customer service. Local copy shops weren’t interested in my small jobs. It’s so much cheaper than constantly buying ink refills for my color printer. With a little advanced planning I can have much better quality for less cost.

I researched color copies both locally and online and came across MGX copy. Best prices, great customer service, and shipped on time in excellent packaging. They even helped me quickly with a proof issue and advised on the best paper for my project. The quality of the print was very high. Will be using them for all my copy and print projects going forward.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process of getting my color copies printed actually was. I had no idea the printing would be of such a high caliber either! And yes, no set up fees and FREE shipping on my order. Score! I will definitely use MGX Copy again for printing projects.

The copies came out beautifully. I was making banners for a concert and it came out to amazing quality. The staff is very helpful.
My only qualm is that I think they sent wrong paper for my 2^nd order (I ordered the same product twice and they came the same day). Additionally, the color for the 1^st order and the 2^nd order varied slightly but not too significant.

I’ve been using MGX for all of my certificate printing this last year (2015 – 2016), and they have been great. even catching errors in my documents and cluing me in without just blindly printing it.

I needed to get postcards printed. My experience from placing my order online to in person pick up was fantastic. Their online ordering system is amazing. Each step is straight forward and easy to follow. Based on your project, paper selection, and delivery date it quotes you to the cent! Detailed instructions are also provided if you are unsure the format and paper set up in which you need to submit your files. With that I was able to check my design and make the appropriate adjustments. Everything was smooth sailing after my order was placed. A digital proof was sent back to me for approval and pick up was right on time as promised.
Upon pick up, I was immediately greeted with the friendliest of staff. Nothing beats feeling right at home when you walk into a business. My postcards turned out exactly as I had wanted. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable, answering some other printing and paper questions I had. I will definitely be back for more digital printing.

I think I saw an ad for them online when looking for a printer for some employee handbooks. They had good ratings, so I put trust in them, and they deserved it.
Working with a digital proof, I had some issues with my handbook. They were so helpful in troubleshooting the problems until it was perfect. I was a little nervous not having a printed proof, but they turned out great. Everyone is commenting on how professional/​fancy they look.
They shipped the manuals to San Francisco and they arrived on time.
I can’t emphasize how important and useful it was to have someone assigned to my project to help me through it until it was ready for production. The pricing was super competitive, and the product turned out beautifully.

I have worked with MGX Copy numerous times and they have always given a great result. Their prices are fair and they have a great turnaround time. If I need something quickly, they can make it happen. The product looks professional.
Only once have I had them late on an order. Even then, they gave me what they had printed and delivered the rest of my large order to my office on the same day. They gave me a partial refund in addition to a free rush on a future order. Their customer service is great!

MGX is the absolute best! The product quality is exceptional — more importantly, the customer service is outstanding.
I’ve been using them consistently for at least the last five years on a variety of jobs — the perfect bound reports I had them print were stunning. In fact, my client remarked «Impressive!» before he even opened the report.
I have not once been disappointed with either their delivery or issues resolution. For the two or three times I’ve had an issue, they were exceptionally responsive. And, two of the three times, the issues were either a result of my mistake or the shipping company’s (FedEx or UPS).
And, to Marty, sorry about your less than satisfactory experience. It definitely seems to be an anomaly — at least from my experience with them.

My experience with MGX Copy has been AMAZING! The first thing that attracted me to this company was the pricing. My Company needs weekly printing done in a timely manner and MGX has been wonderful at tending to our needs.
The representative I work with Vianey Lopez is literally ALWAYS there when I need her! Even on her day off she remembered to make arrangements for my weekly order. She responds quickly and is always willing to help me with what ever it is I am requesting. She is really pleasant to work with and has made my weekly orders as easy for me as possible.

Seriously their customer service and the quality of their product are superb! I’m seriously blown away by their level of care and to the extent that they make sure the customer is happy.
They’re very fast to respond to customers by phone and by email. There was a problem with my order. They had sent the interior pages stapled upside down in my wedding program. I received the order on Friday for a Sunday wedding (this was my procrastination, not theirs). I called to let them know and to see if I could get a partial refund at least. They immediately leaped into action to address the situation. My order was reprinted and sent to me overnight so I had the correct programs for my wedding. They followed up to make sure that I was happy.
I’m really impressed by their professionalism and their customer service. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
Not to mention, their prices are the best.
