Michael’s Drain’s is a one man operation run by you guessed it Michael. I was refered to him by my plumber. I had a severely stopped up toilet at my rental house in El Cajon.
Things I liked about Michael.
1) Extremely Fast service
2) Had the tools to get things done, had to pull the toilet and get roots out of the line
3) Cordinated with my tenant so I didn’t have to be there.
4) Was willing to bill me so I didn’t pay up front.
5) Very friendly and personable.
The only reason I take off one star is because I had to call him back to put the toilet on. Yes I know the toilet is old and he needed a bracket to be held down, but just tell me at the moment. I don’t want to have to hear it from my tenant.
To his credit Michael did go back out there and fix it properly, again coordinating with my Tenant.
His prices are standard retail but I don’t mind that since it makes sure he has the proper tools and insurance, he is not a fly by night drain cleaner.
Bottom line I would not hesitate to use Michael again and more importantly recommend him to my friends.
